Just wanted to let everyone know after months of acne due to AAS, face has finally cleared up and fast. About 2 weeks ago I orderd Proactiv 3 step acne kit then a week later I started taking 10g of B-5 daily. This combination worked great for me. Also, I got the puffy nipples throughout my cycle and PCT. After I finished my PCT and quit taking my anti-e's my nips slowly returned to normal. I swear I think it was the anti-e's that made my nips puffy.
