You are cramping because of a lack of potassium. If you want the cramps to go away then take in your max potassium a day a few hours before running. The craps in lifting or running with go away.

    Im having the same problem

I am getting the same type of cramps. I don't think it is potassium since I am confident that I am OK there.

I get the same type of cramps (I would call it more of a constant burn) when taking winny, fina, or var. It is a muscle pump as far as I can tell.

I was getting the same crampping in my back also in my outer calves from doing deep hack squats and calf exercises. I was running d-bol for six weeks at the beginning of my last cycle also. The crampping started at about week three and ended a week or two after I was done the d-bol. Maybe it is just from the d-bol's.

I've tried potassium and magnesium and neither did jack for me.

Taurine at 1500mg BID does the trick for me while on clen , eq and tren . Haven't had a problem since. You can get this anywhere online or a local vitamin store.
