Did a 12 week cycle of Test-E went from 185 to 215. Looking to do my second cycle any suggestions and old threads to read up on? This is what my friend has suggested.

500mg Test/week 13 weeks
400mg EQ/week 12 weeks
50mg Winny/day start at week 8 and take up till the day before you begin PCT.
I have no idea what all this means so I want some threads to educate me. I basically know I can get this stuff and that the person will show me how much to inject and when. I would just like to know on my own. Thanks.
