How Do I Maintain My Gains?
I have been off of my last cycle for almost 2 months, and I haven't really lost any of the weight that I have gained. I fluctuate from about 187-190. My question is what type of foods/supplements do I need in my diet to maintain my weight that I have gained. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

protein/calories/carbs, and i think after 2 months of a cycle, you should know ur gains from that. "use em or lose em"

what types of foods/supplements, eat the same as normal, high cals, protein, fats, carbs
