Deca is great on the joints. Eq screwed me up. I am in the minority, but I got serious joint pain on eq. Worse than when Im on winny.

I'm not so sure you're all that much in the minority, many people have come to me trippin' out cuz their joints hurt after a decent stint on EQ.
They say.."I thought Deca and EQ are almost the same?"
So many people think that if you take the water away, EQ and Deca are similar - There not....don't no how in the world that got started.
To me, not to run Deca means to cut, go lighter with higher reps, cuz I'm not gonna go hard and heavy without my Deca-Crutch!

Thats the exact same spot it got me. Curls and lat pull downs were seriously comprimised.

I am on week 10 of EQ/TEST and no joint problems right now but I have heard great things about MSM for joint pain:

Doing my first run ever with EQ right now at 600mg per week...
I had always used Deca in the past, but wanted to try EQ this
time around... Funny thing for me is the EQ seemed to be helping
my joints up until week 7-8 because all the minor nagging injuries
over the years were gone just like when I run Deca...

Now about 10 weeks in my joints are cracking like crazy the last
2 weeks... They feel dry and my elbows even lock up sometimes
right before making a nasty ass cracking sound... It doesn't really
hurt, but I have another 6 weeks to go and I'm not exactly liking
the idea of what they may feel like then... My opinion is EQ is going
to dry your joints out and could lead to joint pain...

I had planned to run Deca at low doses just for joint pain all the
way thru my cycle, but stopped it about 4 weeks in thinking I
really didn't need it... Kind of wish i would have kept it in the mix
now... On the plus side the EQ is going to harden you up and the
vascularity is something you're not going to get from deca...
