yep either i did it wrong or whatever. injected 50mg winstrol into my bicep on Sunday (referencing to www.spotinjections.com) and now im forced to NOT workout my biceps for a good week... maybe more. the pain is ridiculous. i can't even finish 3 sets of one workout. flexing my bicep is torture.
please help. what should i do?

i have never injected winstrol that wasn't zambons.
tried it once with QV and i was in the same boat as you, except i had hit my delt and couldn't rotate my shoulder for a few days.
winstrol is painful **** man, just drink it from now on.
why arent you drinking it? injections into any new area are going to hurt bro
winstrol in my delts killed and in my thigh i limped for almost a week. i just alternate glutes now and it doesnt hurt a bit.
I did my first bicep injection too the other day (fina).....my arms were swollen, but looked HUGE !!! it was all right, but the pain was there too....that was on Tues night, so, I have not worked bi's since then, I willl attempt em tomorrow..
winstrol injections always hurt from what i understand, because its water based?
asnyway just drink it mate, there's no reason to inject it:)
try your tris man, they are least painless for me,.
I run winny only in the glutes and quads... IMO winny hurts too much for smaller muscle injections
