    Post cycle drag.....

    finished a 8 week cycle fo Test, Eq, dbol , winney, nolv., and now i'm on t3 (last week of it taped down to 1 a day), super clen / ECA 2:2, Clomid (50,100,50).

    I have gained about 30lbs w/ no visable fat gain (of course no loss either :-( ).

    My workouts have gotton to be really, for a lack of a better word, BAD!

    I was wondering if I could ad a couple of days of dbol (50mg) to bump up the sessions and maybe add another pound or two??

    Just wanted to see what you all have to say b-4 I do anything.

    Dude, it comes with the territory... you're going to lose some strength/weight. Just prepare yourself for that. Keep the cals up and the protien up. Use glutemine too.

    Sometimes I take a ECA before I workout if I feel down.

    If you are going to use D-bol, use it all in one shot, right in the morning...this way you will not interfere with your own Test recovery as much as if you used it spread out through out the day...Good Luck Bro...

    Just pop a whole (by that I mean Crushed) tab all in one shot? IN the morning or b-4 lift time??

    I heard from other boards that kynoselen works to maintain mass post cycle. I got a bottle of kyno and im gonna use it post cycle to see if ir really works.

    If you just finished your cycle, do not take any dbol , allow your body to recover with clomid...you are on clomid right? If you choose to use dbol as a bridge then wait untill after clomid therapy. Then run it like the others said, in the morning, one dose.

    I have about a week and a half left of clomid and t3. I will bridge a little after that.

    What is Kyno? never mind I will do a search and find out.

    I've seen so many guys build up w/ gear and then loose it because they can't motivate themselves to train hard.

    Your workouts are gonna go downhill, thats a given, but push through it. The harder and heavier you train now, the more of your gains you will keep a few weeks from now. Don't let your mind slow the progress of your body. When you think you have nothing left, your wrong. There is always something left.

    you can bridge with dbol ? they wont stop your nat test? I never heard of bridgeing with that but on im on my clomid right now and bridging sounds interesting. Let me know what ya think. Mikey XXL have you done this alot? thanks bros!

    Thanks guys....

    I have decided not to bridge and to use ECA b4 lifts.

    last two lifts have been good and seems to be getting better (I hope)!

    It helps to lift every other day and cardio in between.
