i'm hoping one of the females on here can help or someone can point me in the right direction. My gf wants to tone up and add a little more muscle. So i was thinking a winny, clen stack. But i dont know what a good dose for a women would be of winny. she is 100lbs. Also what does a women have to do when coming off. like i would take clomid but what do women take? if anything. thank you in advance for your help.

well she's 5'0 i think she looks fine but she doesnt. Her diets good, been training about a year and a half. Being heavy runs in her faimly so she has to bust her ass to be that 100lbs. She really doesnt need to be skinnier just wants some more muscle tone shape. thanks again

Clen shuts down the thyroid....Not a good idea for a chick especially cuz when she goes off she'll gain weight.
Tell her to sign up to the board. I'm sure the girls on here can answer the questions she has alot better then I can....

As to what we take when we come off, or what should we take, nothing...well, maybe some anti-depressants to counteract the horrible feelings and thoughts of shrinking and smallness one gets when not being on...
