A realistic amount of cycles for optimum performence????
I feel that i may get myself in the habit of running one cutter and one bulker each year. Now that adds up to over half of my life on the juice, lol. I just dont want to find myself doing to much over the long haul and realizing that it would have been better to space them out, etc better. What do you bro's finds works best

my plan is to go all out for 2-5 more years and then just try to maintain from there. im not looking to compete but i think ill be happy at 200-215 lbs with 10% bf. and im 5'7.
i dodnt know if it works the best but this is what im sold on.

every year i try to squeeze in 2 good bulking cycles and 1 very strict cutter. this way i can obtain optimum mass and completley shred it up when summer comes along.

I do two 12-week cycles a year. 12 weeks on/12 weeks off, 12 weeks on/12 weeks off...

I think I am going to be running at least 2 year, maybe 3. Probably 2 bulks and 1 cut. And only for like 5 years I believe then maintain from there
