Hey this goes to those that take l-dex. I usually do not take it by itself. I usually drop it in water right. The problem is that it is more dense than water and doesnt mix with the water so it always sinks to the bottom and kind of coats the bottom. Is this true in other juices, or do you guys just drop it right into your mouths? The other juices I cant see thats why I use the water. Plus the taste :wg: Thanks
Bro I have had stuff that has been prepared real heavy like that. I just dropped in what I needed right before I drank it, then whe I was done I put more fluid in the glass to make sure I got it all.
