1-12 week 400 mg deca
1-12 week 500 mg sust 250
1-12 week 500iu's HCG

*pct

*Clomid
Day 1: 300mg divided doses
Day 2 to 10: 100mg ED divided doses
Day 11 to 21: 50mg ED divided doses

*Nolvadex
Days 1 to 14: 40mg ED divided doses
Days 15 to 30: 20mg ED divided doses

*HCG
500iu's every 7th day while on cycle

For a first cycle, get rid of the sust and move to a single ester, preferably test E. If you're going to run deca, run the test a few weeks longer than deca. But for a first cycle, a test only cycle would probably be just fine for you. Good luck bro!!

there isnt a need to divide the doses of clomid, add b 6 if you are running deca, end deca 2 weeks before sus, but try to run cyp or enth instead of sus

and u dont need HCG in a short cycle like that. especiialy for a first one and with not many different types/ also first cycle run

1-12 nolva 20mg/ed ( u look like u are gyno prone from the pic)

pct 2 weeks after last injection.

Yeah bro for s first you dont need all that gear. save some for next time. Also add the l-dex and run the nolva at 20mg ED throughout. JMO

I would use nolva 10mg ED throughout cycle and increase to 20mg ED for PCT...

kronik, if u look at his nips in his pic, u can see they are already a little puffy on the outside, which i would say he is prone to gyno. his nips look like mine before i cycled, and im very prone, so that is why i reccomended 20mg/ed

If I were you, bro, I would diet before doing a bulking cycle. Gear stays good for a while so I wouldnt worry about it expiring while youre dieting.
