how important is shooting on schedule?

how important is it to shoot on schedule? i shoot M+Th, but what if one week i shoot on Sun+Th, or Tues+Fri? also, if i want to equally split my shots into twice p/week, can i shoot sunday night, and thursday morning, that would be a somewhat equal 3 1/2 days apart

With long acting esters I don't think a day will make any difference. I do sunday and thursday injections.

i plan on shooting Sun and Thur, but what difference would it make if i shot E3D? i would go through the bottle quicker, so what type of effect would it have on my gains?
