Staying on roids-staying below 6:1 t/e ratio??

Does anyone know how to go about staying under the 6:1 ratio of the total concentration of testosterone to epitestosterone in the urine while staying on low doses of test. ?

I supposed you would want to take test. prop. or test susp. but how low a dose would you need to take. The ncaa and usada tests to see if you are above this 6:1 ratio. I have heard of athletes staying at 5:1 or 4:1 all season and passing drug tests because test. is an Endogenous steroid . I know you couldnt take an Exogenous steroid because that would be a red flag, but if you stuck with endo-roids you could acheive this.

You'd have to get bloodwork to follow things. There's also the option of using epitest too, all of this though is fairly complex, and most people that go these lengths have docs helping them

Ive heard of guys using 50mg of prop a week and every three weeks taking 50mg twice a week, staying on nolvadex and clomid and being alright. but didnt know if this worked or not,

epitestosterone. if you supplement with both test and epitest, your ratio can be remain within limits but you can still have very high test levels
