    Are you asking when the latest time is to take clen? if so don't take after 4:00. Check out the Clen Handbook it will give you a wealth of knowledge.

    I'd wait until after am cardio to take and not take it after 4PM. Drink lots of water too. Read the clen handbook in the educational threads, it has loads of info.
