gonna throw in some d bol into my cycle for four weeks as some guys on here sugested at 30 mg ED. i got 10 mg pills. do i pop 3 pills at one time, or do i take the three throughout the day, or do i split the pills in two and take 9 halves throughout?
Space it out every 4 hours.

I would use the "old school" way of breaking it up throughout the day to keep it constant in your blood.
If you split 3 pills in 2 you have 6 not 9. Yes split them during the day , i currently take 40mg . 1 pill every 2,5houres.
