2nd cycle, what's best

i know this is a common q, but i just want to get it right, im in the middle of my first cycle of t-400 @ 1cc a week for 10 weeks, pretty light. i want to step it up so how is this for 2nd cycle. i ask now cause i want to get it 2gether.. i know time on = time off.

weeks 1-12 test-e @ 500mg a week (split into 2 shots)
weeks 1-4 d-bol @ 30mg ed. (or is 6 weeks better)
weeks 1-10 eq @ 300mg ew ( up dosage? run longer?)
week 1-12 nolva @ 10mg ed
clomid 300/100/50 + nolva for pct.
milk thistle for the dbol/liver

im pretty light weight, im 5'8 and should be 170 after this cyc is all done. i have very low bf, def under 10. i just want to make sure i do this cycle best as i can. thx for the input.

Run the test one week longer if you can.
Four weeks is fine.
Up the dosage to 400mg and run 12 weeks.

just 2x checking, but should i load the eq/test in the same shot and do both 2x EW? and what mg milk thistle is good for 30 mg dbol?

Yes you can mix them in one syringe and yes shoot ever 3.5 days
1000mg of Milkthistle is the standard i think.

personally i wouldn;t use that much **** on my second. If you grew well of fthe test and think you could again then i would by all means consider another test only... My thought is that if you add all this to your second then later on down the road you're gonna be having massive amounts of gear.. I just figure no rush so why add so much at once?? it's all up to you though, im sure you will be fine with twhat you have just food for thought

ya thats a good point, so you think i should up the test 100mg, and shoot 2x a week instead of 1, and how about dropping the eq / but still staying with the dbol to kickstart me? cause my test took 4ever to kick in in #1

isnt he just saying that if i go this big now, in future cyc, ill just have to go bigger, and to go small while i still gain from it right?

Ya.. so u dont need to up the test 100mg.

1-4/5 d-bol @ 30mg ed

wups thats not what i meant, i meant up 100mg form my last cycle, which was 400mg, so do 500mg next cycle. not 500+100 more

thats kinda what im saying. by all means if you grew very well off of 400 of test last time then you could in fact do 400 again... It's kind of a gamble though... me personally i grew very well off of 500 ew and for my second im just jumping it with prop.... I thought about adding deca but i have a lot of years left to use AS and i don;t want to have to run a gram of everything come my 5th or 6th cycle.. So like i said im kinda taking it slow..It's really a personal decision....im just offering my opinion.

i would run this
1-12 eq 400 mgs ew
1-13 enth 500 mgs ew
1-4 d bol 30 mgs ed
1-13 nolva 10 mgs
pheednos pct
i have had bros that ran eq for 10 weeks and didnt like the reults, eq is very mild and 12 weeks should be the minimum that you should run it, jmo

run nolva @ 10mg till wk 15! then, rise dosage up to 20mg ed during pct!

i would do 20 mgs ed after last enth inject until pct is over
clomid 2 weeks after last enth 300 day 1 100 mgs ed 4 weeks
