    what cycle to do

    Im busy planning my next cycle but wanted to know what to take because I messed up my lates one threw lack of research. This is what ive done so far

    - 2 x 4 wk courses of anobol

    - 1 x 6wk course of 400mg test c and 100mg stana (split into 2 shots wk)

    As well as multi vits and 2000mg creatin daily.

    I didnt even have any PCT but luckily I kept my gains and didnt get side effects.

    Id like to stick with orals if possible so needed some ideas on what to take and how much.

    hey man, you should know better than that now shaun. anyway give us stats age, bf%, cycle experience and we will help ya a little more. the one you have proposed now sux ass!

    you cant stick with orals mate, liver toxic and you wont keep the gains

    do a combination of injection/oral

    100mg stana (stana = winny right?) 100mg a weekl is way too low just so u know for future

    test + oral would be fine

    Im aged 25 and dont know my body fat % but im firm all over so i guess its gonna be pretty low. My cycle experience is that which I have already stated in the first post. And yes, when I say stana I mean whinny.

    what do you want to do? cut or bulk? we need as much info as possible so we can help you out a little more. respond back please

    im tryin to bulk, i eat like a pig and drink loadds of fluid and protein shakes but cant seem to get the size i want. I also work out whenever i can

    id have to say keep it simple go with test for 12 wks at 500mg (test e/c)

    and then chuck in some dbol /anadrol if wanted

    although test alone would be enough imo

    lol. workout wise, all you really need is 1-1.5 hrs a day in the gym 4-5 days a week is plenty. shiit load of rest and sleepand diet is the KEY!! try this

    1-4wk dbol 25-40mg ed
    1-12wk test enth 500mg every week
    1-12wk nolva at 10mg ed
    12-pct nolva at 20mg ed
    ***if you can get l-dex or a-dex get it.. run it at .25mg ed 1-pct

    for pct you need nova and clomid....do research on pct and clomid

    if your diet, training and rest is in check you can gain a lot off of this. technically i wouldnt call that last cycle a cycle at all! so i would take this as your first real cycle. trust me peace

    yeah your right, my last "cycle" sucked big time. Wish Id done more research 1st. I may of well have thrown my gear out the window, now its gonna cost me more. Never mind, it will be worth it in the end. Il give my body a break from it for a couple of weeks then do your suggested cycle

    yep, that's exactly the same cycle id say to do, you will be pleased

    and you said you hit the gym when yiou can, you need to become dedicated

    and every 3 days, hmm some say 3.5 some say 4 but any of those is fine, i dont know why i wrote that, confusing matters :|

    What are your stats? When you say you workout whenever you can, how often is that exactly? BTW it will be to your benefit to research and come up with your on cycle and then let someone critque it... Search for test/deca cycle.

    I work out a minimum of 3 times per wk and do 10 minute run followed by 1 hr on the weights. If I have the time I will go more.
