    Test/tren + Deit workout, does it look good to go?

    I am 22, 6ft 205 BF don't know guess at 13%. I've been training for 5, 2 solid. In the past I ran a cycle of Test prob for about 4 and a half weeks and gained about 12 pounds off the cycle which I have kept, and have still increased. I had to cut that cycle short though because of sports and the need to be able to run. Test prop takes that ability away from me, and the girls giggle at the Hemoroid cushin i needed =).

    Anyways My next cycle is going to consist of

    Test Crypt weeks 1-10 at 400mg
    Tren weeks 3-9 at 50mg ed

    clomid/nolova ect.

    I'm hoping to use this mostly as a Cutter, I know prop would be ideal but I don't want to walk down that road again right now, however my back did break out in acne after the last cycle of test prop when i started clomid theropy, crossing my fingers it will not happen this time so long as I use the summer to my advantage and tan a whole lot.

    Diet will be

    10:00am
    Meal 1
    6egg whites 2 whole eggs.

    12:00
    Meal 2
    1 can of tuna + flax oil

    1:45
    Meal 3
    PWO Shake

    4:00
    Meal 4
    Can of Tuna fixed with flax oil/veggies

    5:45
    Meal 5
    Chicken/veggies

    8:30
    Meal 6
    Chicken Veggies

    Nighttime Protien shake

    Cheat on Sunday.
    If any1 feels entitled to critique my diet (i know its not perfect, trying to build around budget and classes and inability to cook.)

    Training.

    going to try the DC workout method so i'll prob have to add some Oats in on meal one for workout day's?
    and of course AM cardio. I'm going to switch it up tho so I don't get to bored.

    Monday, wednesday, Friday 45 mins jogging
    Tuesday Thursday: HIT workout(hoping if i do the old college Football speedwork programs I can get a little extra Boost in speed)
    Also if my knee's start to hurt from excess running Swimming will be Substituted. and weekends will probably be swimming laps at the Lake but may not be before first meal.


    Any Opinions are much appreciated.

    First cycle drop the Tren and run the Cyp

    1 - 10 400mg ED
    1 - 13 Nolva 10mg ED
    1 - 13 L-dex .25mg ED

    PCT start 18 days after last Cyp injection
    Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

    Listen to MM he knows his sh*t. Tren would more then likely give you acne again. Tren is very problematic with sides and as such wouldn't be a good choice to use in a 2nd cycle, IMO. If acne is still an issue with the cycle that MM reccomended you can take B-5 to help combat this. I loaded on 10g. ed for a week, and now take 5g. ed (2g. moning, 1g. afternoon, 2g. evening). My acne went away in about 2 weeks or so. Give it a try next time you start to see those buggers start popping up.
