    is this normal?

    i am on deca 400 weekly and test e 500 weekly. I have been on it for 6 weeks know and I have gained 8 pounds. I have been eating good not great but good, just wandering if it has kicked in yet or what

    They should have both kicked in by now...

    You could get 8 lbs in 6 weeks easy just eating right....

    i'll do good for a while on my diet then i will f@#k it up, its just hard to keep the diet in check

    When i think about ****in up my diet i think of it as just wasting my own money....

    i know its hard to eat right, but it has to be done, the better you eat, the better you will gain, if you have a good diet, you can put on a solid 20 pounds with that cycle, and with good pct, you will keep almost all of it

    yeah bro listen to these cats-

    i didnt gain much on my test E/EQ cycle the first 5-6 weeks, cause I was eating like I did when i was off AS. Very frequesnt clean meals, but too low in calories, and only 5-6 times a day.

    The last 2-3 weeks I have been religiously eating 8 times a day minimum, still clean meals just more of them and more often, and more toal calories. and i have realized some great gains recently

    I have been sleeping more the last few weks as well, so i assume its playing a positive role in my production also

    I dont eat that often but i eat big.... Im in my 3rd week of test/eq/dbol and up 10 lbs easy...

    sleeping has always been the hardest part for me

    Diet is key to getting cut too. Diet control is the nemisis of every bodybuilder, athlete and joe blow in the world. It's mental control and unfortunately, the Western way makes it very hard to adhere!

    By the way, the avatar is one nice lookin lady..
