Vitamin B5 powder???

Ok I'm about to order Vitamin B5 powder and I'm buying it in bulk. I did some research and I'm going to be taking this for acne. I just want to know How much should I take and How often Do I take it in a day. Also there is a 300g powder and a 600g powder which one should I take.

The 300g/600g are the total amounts you are buying. It's the same thing just the 600g is twice as much.

I took 10 grams a day for the first 2-3 weeks until the acne cleared...now just staying around 3 grams a day

Where abouts are you ordering your b5 from? Do you have a link to a health shop that you can purchase over the internet from? I can only find tablets where I am.
