cycle for n00b friend

ok, here´s the deal. I have a friend that is eager to do steroids . iv been trying to say that he need to do ALOT of research before he even thinks about roids, not that I am expert myself thoug. But he has absolutely made his mind. Here is som info about him, His height is 5,7 and his weight is 187 pounds. He is 23 years and he have been training about 2 years with training experience. The thing is he want me to "make" a cycle for him. My opinion is that he has a good enough basis to do roids. The first novice cycle that i thought about was the famous "sustanon & D-bol".

1-10 Sustanon 500mg/week inject EOD
1-4 D-bol 30mg ED

should he run 10mg Nolvadex ED Throughout the entire cycle? if not, how much for how long?

clomid for PCT:

day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg ED
day 12-21 50mg ED


if there is anything that should be otherwise, tell me.

yep thats the cookie cutter first cycle and if he is set on it then thats the cycle to do. but i am not going to tell him or you what to do.

dont use sustanon . Its really not a good steroid . Use test e instead at 500mg/week. Nolvadex at 10mg throughout cycle, bump up to 20 during PCT. I like to run an AI during my cycles you may want to consider that.

what would the dosage of test e be? if 500mg/week. 2 injections a/week?

yes, 2 injections a week @ 250mg. You can have him use the dbol to jumpstart or get rid of it. It doesnt matter.
