    What do u think pumpnpose will do withy my order?

    Basically hers what happened i ordered(via Money order internationally) from pumpnpose, i misread the shipping information and only included 17 dollars rather than 29 dlllars for shipping from them... i inbcluded my email on my order form but they haven't sent me anything telling me anything is wrong, its been about 2 weeks since they received my money, whats going on?

    I haven't dealt with them so I can't attest to their customer service but at this point you should email them and explain you realized your mistake and would like to correct it with them.

    that is why i only get from cnw. they are reasonable, they always get back to you to confirm plus you get your product in 3 days tops! thats what i call customer service.

    Uh oh. Did you use confirmation of delivery when you mailed it? Have you recieved the card back in the mail? Or has it just been 2 weeks since you mailed it?

    no i mailed it through EXPRESS mial so i have proof that they have accepted my letter....

    I meant any one of the moderators (MODS) of the board here. Cycleon, Rickson, Warrior, Billy_Bathgate or any of the others on the list at the bottom of the forum. Use the messaging system on here to send them a personal message (PM) about it and see what they say. Maybe they know something you don't about them at the moment. Or maybe they have experience with them and can attest that they'll get in touch but are usually slow. Who knows what you'll learn. And as long as your english is fine, as is in most all of your country, you can PM any one you want.

    Customs might have snagged it..but it seems strange they didn't e mail you back....personally I don't like thier prices and LN is just as bad.IBE is the hot research site right now,with awesome prices and service.

    Yeah, this isn't a ridiculous delivery time or anything. Not great but I wouldn't be worried by that yet. It's the no email response that's scary. When did you send your first email to them? Did you state the issue 100% in the email?

    They can be bogged down at times. Pm one. If no answer then PM 2 the next day. Eventually you'll get one that isn't so busy at the moment and can help you. Are you emailing or using the message system to send a PM to them?

    They might be a bit expensive but the product are good....... I had a problem once called the number on the site and she fixed everything and had the package to me in 3 days.

    I use PNP and their service is great. Called the guy, placed my order with a credit card and it was at my house 3 days later.
