Throxine t4 question.
is there any possible use for t4 as compared to t3 for accelerating fat loss? just wondering because my friend is an endicrinologist and ive seen bottles of t4 in his office. anyone know anything about it?

Well I believe T4 is the pre-cursor to T3, so I am assuming it will cause a boost in T3 levels, however if 100% isn't converted then it wouldn't be as efficient as straight T3.

Still not bad for fat loss though.Plus it makes eca more effective.

t4 can be used for fat loss, sure, just more is needed because the t3 has to be converted and as Lozgod said 100% isnt converted

great, now the problem is how to dose this stuff. any thyroid supplement should not be taken i dont wanna forever damage mine. any input from you guys would greatly be appreciated.

You can use T4 (L-thyroxine sodium) safely, and my opinion is that itīs better for your body, because the effect is not so fast like it is with T3.
100μg T4 is equivalent about 25μg T3.
On my diet I taked first week 100μg T4 every morning, after one week I raised amount 150μg, 100μg in the morning, 50μg evening.
I went up to 200μg and after my comp I taked 100μg 12 days, and 50μg one week. I didnīt have any problems with those dosages.
Iīve heard about guys, who taked 400μg T4 per day... Thatīs way too much!
Itīs such safely to use T4 in short perioids, and reduce dosage step by step when you are coming down with it.
You can double your metabolism with T3 or T4. Be careful, if you take too much you can lost your muscles too, not only the fat.

T4 has to be converted to T3 to become active, and so not all people will benefit from it, like Bor said it is effective with an ECY (my generation I had T4 in them).

T2 is king though!
Far less suppresive on FSH.
(T3 isn't either if used properly and especially in people with higher bodyfatpercentages -> T3 is actually anabolic by increasing Proteinsynthesis if usen in dosages up to 30-50 mcg)

while monitoring BBT
(I did this cycle along with DNP and Sibutramine @ 200 + 10 mg ED)
(No side-effects just a little sweating and lost much fat and gained LBM
while diet was the same and while training was totally screwed up and I only went 3 times to the gym in those 20 days)
Even better cycle would be:
5 times a day (10 mcg T3 + 240 mcg T2)

The instructions on my box say you should take your dose of t4 in the morning, half an hour before your first meal!Is this how you guys do it? Coz if I split up the dose like Pousah said the 2nd dose wont be on an empty stomach?!?!

No, keep the t4 going, I guess by thermogenic stack you mean ECA, and t4 increases the effectivness of ECA!
