glucosamine, pick it up @ any local stoe, even a grocery store, its rly for older ppl with joint pains, so its real popular, takes 2-3 weeks to kick in, i got 120- 1000mg pills for only 8 bucks. some ppl even suggest green tea, but i have no idea about that one

at GNC they have a really good product called "fast flex" with glucosamine, chondroitin, msm(methyl sulfonyl methane) and a proprietory blend of antioxidants/vitamins. i has a lot of front delt pain associated with benching and took the fast flex and in a few weeks, no pain. but just about any glucosamine chondroitin product will work, if you dont want to shell out 50 bucks for the fast flex.

If you have joint problems consider the drug Adequan. It's an Inj used for dogs and horses in the USA but approved in EU for humans. It has been said that it will CURE joint problems, unlike Deca that just masks/lubes joints.
