    First Cycle

    I'm almost 21 years old and interested in starting my first cycle. I am about 165lbs sopping wet and have finally got down to where I am happy with how cut I am, now I would like to bulk up over the winter and was wondering what a good first cycle would be? I have heard Test E and D-bol. Any thoughts on what to use and dosage? Time and amount?

    You need to research PCT and anti's before u start anything. Also make sure your training is in check, along w/ a bulking diet.
    I'll start you off.
    Week 1-10 Test E 500mgs
    Week 1-4 Dbol 30-35mgs ed
    Clomid 2 weeks out
    Anti's etc.

    Thanks for the advice, I have some big guys helping me out with the training aspect, I just want to put on some quality mass and was wondering what cycle would best do that for me. I am not so worried about staying cut just putting on some weight. What types of gains should I expect?

    I plan to take in around 50-75g of protein about every 4 hours, and up my calorie intake to around 5000. I want to try to keep the fats low, but not so worried about the carbs. Around 90g of fat/day and 600-625g of carbs/day. Also drinking atleast a gallon of water per day and taking my vitamins.

    I'm gonna go with Mbaraso's advice and run that cycle with 10-20mg Nolva a day and then clomid 2 weeks out for 3 weeks, keeping on the nolva 'til the end. Can anyone tell me the gains they got on their first time from a similiar cycle?

    10-20 pounds depending on diet and training

    yep, if diet, training, and PCT are on key 10-20lbs

    remember PCT is key to keeping gains

    10-20lbs is a reasonable goal provided your eating alot. Don't be afraid to throw down a pizza or a bucket of KFC once or twice a week. The more you eat the more you'll grow.
    And make sure you keep your cals up post cycle all the way thru PCT.
