    Suggestions

    Hey all,

    Heres the deal.

    I have been working out for 2 years. cycle on and off suplements. Eat about 5-6 meals a day and work out on a regular basis 3 and 1.

    I'm 20 years old and I still have alot of research and growing to do. My current weight is 140lbs. Im 5'10. 140 is not alot but I have a small frame. So really I don't look that small. Just wanted to know if I were to bust my ass and get to my peak which is at about 155 and I had a good set diet plan would it hurt me to do a test or should I wait. I know that at younger ages you still have lots of time to grow. But if I take it right it shouldn't really effect me all that much. Opinions greatly appreciated!

    I say spend the next few years, researching Steroids , Diet and workout. Your still a bit to young. You don't want to risk side effects (like growth plate closure). Steroids aren't miracle drugs and nothing you want to jump right into. I know thats not what you want to hear, but its the safest advise your going to find.

    IMO even at 155lbs you will not have reached your maximun potential naturally...

    Ok sounds good so get my diet in check and get the base and would you say at 23 its a safe age?

    Hows your diet look? Calories? Protein? Carbs?
    also post your training program. Do you lift heavy enough? Do Military, Bench, Squat, Deadlift?

    Ok you cant see alot but this is the best I can do. I have a small frame but Im really cut and I can usually do a good amount of weight above my body weight.

    Dude you are 5'10 and weigh 140? And thats big? I am 5'8 and weigh 195 and i dont consider myself big
