newbie question

i ve got a bottle of Qv Deca 300 and a 30ml bottle of chinfelied labs winstrol . what should i add to this cycle to make it worthwhile?

ive only done one cycle of deca and that was 2 years ago.

Testosterone .........plus one bottle of Deca won't do nothing for you.You'll need 10 mls more....I hate winny,so I won't comment on that drug.I wouldn't even run it...I'd give it to my grandmother or something.

test,clomid,nolva,l-dex or femara,b-6 oh and did I say test... and to many other things to list, but I think you get the picture. Research a test only cycle if this is your first...

you can do a deca only, make sure you have kids first though because they might be your last

ok ive added test-e and another bottle of deca and im running it like this
1000mg test-e wk 1-3 500mg wk4-12
400mg deca wk 1-10
proviron as needed
clomid starting day after test shot day 1 300mg day2-6 100mg day 7-11 50 mg

any tips?

TEST! I like compound tests (Sustenon 250, Omnadren 250 etc) these are four blended tests that are effective for a month at a time. Do a few days reading before taking anything though, read on this sight what other newbies are taking. do you know about anti-aestrogens and post cycle therapy ? what about injection techneque? Be safe bro, do some reading, P.s I like winstrol but you have to take a lot and take it with other stuff
