get an insulin pin. its gonna be the easiest way to dose it correctly.. most guys tell u start at 20 mcg for two days then go up 20mcg for 2 more days and so on. u keep doing this until u hit your dose when u start shaking like crazy, then u just lower the doasage by 20 mcg and that is the dose u use. clen is taken 2 weeks on 2 weeks off ( with an ECA stack for the two weeks off
