where to get b12
ok so i don;t want to get into ne trouble here but i figured since technically b12 isn;t illegal someone could pm me a site to get it. I have found it on one site and i remeber seeing it on others (i just dont; have them bookmarked nemore since my computer crashed) the one i did find it on was like 30 bucks for 30 ml.. and i know i've seen it for far less before.

how effective is taking b12 orally, would 1000mg a day be enough orally to maybe compare to 500mg a day with the injectable?
