Thread: Bulking/cutting diet.

Next month im starting a 20 week cycle, my plan is to bulk for 12 weeks then cut for 8. my question is, after my cycle will i still be able to keep my muscle gains and continue cutting? If i keep the protein up but the carbs down? or will i lose muscle. my cycle will be 1-4 50mg of d-bol ed
1-20 750 mg of test e
1-18 600 mg eq
16-22 winstrol 50mg ed

why stop the eq 2 weeks before the test?
If diet is right and you keep up with proper training, dieting, supplementation and resting. I dont see why you would loose muscle.

you will obviously loose some,but trying to cut during pct imo is a mistake you need to keep your calories and protein up but clean. How much body fat do you have now?
