Did a quad shot today

I had a bad one once too and have been too scared to do one again for a while now. I stick to dealts and glutes since I only do 2times a week.

hitting a nerve? well its hard to describe but its like a numbing kind of pain that went all threw my leg. it hurt more than usual the next day..

for how long does the numbing feeling last, i have never done quads before but soon am running out of spots....whats the probability to hit a nerve there anyways

it just kinda hurts for a few minutes then subsides. but like I said it will be sore more than usual for a couple days. your quads have alot of nerves but I dont think theres a much higher probabitly than hitting one anywhere else. if you hit one take it like a man everyone hits one sooner or later.

my bad shot was me poking and hitting a vein.. started bleeding all over my leg.. that was like 10 days ago its still slightly bruised...

quads are the only place ive ever done a shot....its where i first did it so i stuck with it.Somtimes im sore for a couple days...and somtimes i feel nothing.

Im scared to do it anywhere else

on my first cycle did quads first, did pecs also both went ok
