Isnt that cycle a bit weak?
I'd bump the test up to 500...
BTW, I dont think that its the b12 thats giving you the zits. Remember that you are injecting an oil intramuscularly, which might be the culprit!

It's not the B-12...it's most likely the drugs your taking.Test IS known for giving ppl acne.And at wk 8,the test is in full force.

KAEW44, Its going good I am up from 197 to 218 a little is fat but not too much
( I am eating like a mad man on a mission ) I cant work out like the rest of u because of my SCREWED UP shoulders and neck :( But hey I never thought I was even going to be able to work out again ,so I am stoked to even be able to lift at all :)
