NEED HELP-Rookie!! 7 days away from starting first cycle!

Alright! Ive done the research, Ive read my ass off Ive been on this board
for a week all day and all night with my lovely wife by my side non stop!!! We'vd searched, We'vd learned, and shes the best!! very supportive!!
She did a cycle of anavar with great results!
So here it goes! If anyone could take the time I would love to hear any suggestions ALL INPUT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
Im 39, 5'11', 208 lbs Im muscular build been workin out for a year.
I have one bottle of Win and two bottles of Cyp
Ive also been out of the gym for one week one day
I consume between 2,500 and 3,500 of cal a day 300 of it being protein 6
to 7 small meals a day 2/3hrs apart -Oatmeal-Cornmeal- Yams- apples Carb countdown milk.
Lots of chicken boiled/grilled. Eggs and sirloin, I hate fish. :scratch: Yet Im hispanic go figure. The supplements I take are IDS Whey Protein/Bioplex Simply Egg Whites and a MICCELEAN protein before I go to bed. Flak seed oil thru out the day, and a multi vitamin in the mornin. I mix 5grms of glutamine with every shake 3 times a day no creatine cuz it messes my guts up. Id like to be in perfect order with my cycle as far as how much TO TAKE when TO TAKE what to use for my liver. HCG/ PCT etc... SHOULD I START THE TEST BEFORE OR AFTER THE WINNY? OR VISA VERSA? OR SHOULD I START THEM TOGETHER? SHOULD I STACK IT? Ive gone to all the educational threads, Ive been reading about roids for a year now, contemplating wether or not I should do it. well Im good to go, just want to do things right.

Bro, no flame, but if you've done hours and hours of research, you wouldn't be asking these type of questions!!!!

You should be doing a Test only cycle.

Week 1-10/12 Test Enan
Nolva 10mg ED
L dex .25mg ED
PCT - 2 weeks after last test injection (clomid)

Start PCT three days after last Winny dose.

Liver Protection: Milk Thistle and ALA.

Winstrol is hard on the joints..I would start taking Glucosamine 1 month before starting Winstrol...Remember Winny needs to be taken ED.

BTW, I feel someone should be training for a minimum of two years prior to using AS. However, I gave you my .02 simply because you are 39 and should be able to make your own decisions.

Diesel gave you the perfect cycle..and you will not need the HCG for this short of a cycle.

What would be another alternative for the glucosamine?? Deca?

ED=Every day. You could do Deca at a low dose of 100/200mg, but Glucosamine is over the counter and it does work....

ED=everyday, and no dont use the deca just to lube joints, use the glucosamine or go get a prescription for bextra IMO...www.bextra.com

I got some samples of Bextra from Dr. and It works....

For me it took a couple of weeks to feel relief. My GF father is a spine surgeon so I now have a ton of Celebrex I'm taking. I believe they both do the same thing. I'm trying to get rid of some shoulder pain so i'm hoping it will help. I think the Bextra helped me better.

BLT keep me posted on the shoulder. I've had one of my knees scoped twice and the Gluco. isn't working as well as it use to.

yeah, if this was your first cycle, then i would stick to test only. if you wanted to add another AS, then deca or EQ would be preferrable. i always stick with deca since my doc prescribes it and not EQ.

i would run 500mg of test cyp E4D, and deca at 400mg e4d. load it in the same syringe and go to town.

thats really good that your wife is supporting you. my wife does the same, and matter fact she is doing a clen/ECA cycle as we speak. your wife is gonna love your libido once you get to about week 3-4 of your cycle. my wife has a new name for me..."The Bull" :D

good luck with your cycle bro. sounds like you have a good diet and your training is in line. your also old enough to be responsible. most "kids" on this forum can do some pretty stupod things, so please excuse us if we tend to jump to conclusions here. :)

The bextra is an excellent drug. I have been in pain therapy for 2 years now this the best known drugs avail. This stuff is like 5 ibuprofens without the sides. Definitaely the best known anti-inflammatory. Good luck!

i got to agree....I have a shoulder issue and deca/test works wonders. gluco, is a very close second. start taking it 1g/day for a mounth before your cycle

Im a studio engineer and Ive been on forums on mixing,
and to my surprise there isnt any advice or help coming from this industry!
You see the people there dont like to share thier secrets! Its good to see forums like this where people come together to share their knowledge and experience and help people like me make the right choices!

I cant believe you didnt get relief from deca. Maybe your deca was underdosed. Its like this, last March my doctor thought my bursitus knee was so bad it might require surgery. Went for a follow up visit for the knee in late April but I was already 5 weeks into a deca cycle by then. All the swelling of the bursitus went away and the doctor commented on how he never seen bursitus that was as bad as mine, had just up and healed to nearly indetectable levels! Now that the deca cycle ended and deca well out of my body, the bursitus is slowly swelling back to where it was before but still no where near as bad as before.

One thing people dont understand about glucosamine is that you have to take it daily for about 1 month before it actually starts increasing lubrication to your joints. Deca does basically the same thing as gluco but faster and sometimes you get more lubrication then possible with the gluco...

Bro........ I am having some SERIOUS shoulder problems and the deca and gluco are not doing CRAP. I need to try some of that Bextra I guess. BLT, do I need a prescrip or can I get samples, enough to make my pain stop, from any doc? Thanks
