wish I knew, I have a small structure and I dont have abs cause I am always trying to gain weight and its hard to gain weight and get abs. do you guys train them every other day?

HGH,then diet then winstrol (selective alpha 2 blocker in abdomen) then yohimbine ,then cardio,then abs excersice (if you had the time !)
50mg ephedrine 400mgs caffiene and clenbuterol every day plust a good diet and you will be ripped in no time flat.
the thing is i be going 4 mass so it harder
Abs= 10set x 25-40reps every other day
Diet= 2600kcal diet (for a 215£ guy) 45%protein/40%karb(get most of the carb right before and after training(banan and friute juice)) do not take carbs before a cardiowork out.. take it after
ex. 2bananas-> iron workout--> cardioworkout--> 3bananas or 8dl juice.
4-6days whit cardio......
