    a question ???

    hi,
    i want to get real slimed down and cutt up what i have now not looking for much gains,what would be the best for this,i was wanting to drop my % to around 3-4%,what would be the best to take for this?i was thinking cytomel or triacana ???what doyou'll think????????

    thats a low bf% but I would try clen first. start with 2 pills and increase 1 pill a day until you get to the dosage that you feel it, (hands shake ect..) stay at that dosage. dont stay on longer than 2 weeks. take it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and so on.

    well not 3-5%proberly a little higher but not much higher

    if i keep lifting and running and stuff will my muscules get smaller or just more deffined??

    i find out tommorrow but last time our team doc tested us i was like 9% but i don't know how acurate that was

    Why do you want to drop so low. Are you doing a show????
    Unless you are competing i dont think its necessary for you to drop that low. 9% is perfect.

    i'm a basketballer i don't bodybuild,i wanna drope down so i can loose a little wieght and cutt up so i will be lighter and agile

    Since you play "Bball" youll love some Winny bro. I know youll drop some bf% for sure, if your diet is right and you run all the time youll see awesome results not just you body fat but you game. You can also throw some "clen " in there two weeks on/two weeks off. Winny alone will causes joint pain well at least it did for me, so dont stay on winny more then 6-7 weeks.
