about to start my 14 weeks of Fina (actulally already 3 days into fina) and here is the starting pic. I have quit gaining mass. BW is 240lb waist 37 arms 17 cold BF=15%
14 weeks from now I hope to be at BW=210 @8%BF with a 34" waist and 17 arms. Also hope to add a bit of width to my back.
this is a custom cycle/diet designed by Da Bull for next 14 weeks.
open to opinions on whether my goals are realistic.
