    Is it a gradual progression?

    Alright bros- am currently on week 3 of a test e cycle only (first cycle) and have noticed a slight increase in weight probably due to water and the increased calories. My diet and training are spot on and the gear is legit. Most folk say they notice a difference in week 4 or 5 but from past experience does this mean that you wake up one morning and visbily notice a big difference in weeks 4 or 5 or is it more gradual as so far visibly i cannot see much of an improvement

    I really am starting to notice it at 7-8 weeks

    LOLOL! well its not week 4 or 5 is it?? give it time and no you are not going to wake up one morning and look like apollo off of rocky.. how old are you man?? just curious

    Justoid, you are taking Test E, and are in wk 3. It is probably just starting to take effect in your system. If you do some research on Test E, it says 3 weeks to even start kicking. Keep up with your diet and workout intensity, and report back in 6 weeks. If everything is in place, you should be happy

    The first thing I notice before any kind of growth is strenght gains... you'll see them around week 5 if your like me... and growth in week 6 and so on...

    ps solo, you have just shattered my dreams.........i always wanted to look like apollo; since i am not going to get apollos physique i better stop using the tanning beds too then as theres no point trying to look like him

    Its a gradual thing bro, you will recognize change but its not like overnight. Keep up the good work

    Its gradual bro, you'll start to put on some weight after 4-5 weeks, but it won't hit you when you look in the mirror till about week 6-7, then you start noticing you look a lot different for the better Its just starting to happen to me, the mirror is my friend

    lol- i think ill just head onto ebat now look for the biggest mirror i can find and tell them to take their time with delivery

    How much weight have any of you guys gained aftre a TEST cycle. Curiuos because Im about to start a TEST cycle

    Your strength and weight should go up much faster around week 4-5

    The last time i used Test E.. it kicked in a lot earlier than it 'should've'. I got a lot stronger from week2.That strength increased tru-out the cycle and plateaud about week 8.

    How many milligrams you running per week?

    running 500 week- just finishing wk3- ill wait till wk5 if no results might think about upping the dose or ditching it

    I really did not notice it in the mirro untill like weeks 7 & 8
    I was starting to feel like you untill week7 ,just be patient
    I know it sucks and you think it might not even be working
    but it is ,trust us
