empty capsules!

I was going to order some empty caps for my creatine,glutimine powder but i see there is diffrent sizes and i dont know which to get??
i want to take in 10grams of creatine and ten grams of glutimine a day so what sizes should i order???

well the sizes represent total storage

i.e. 0 might be able to hold 500mg

in which case ud to work out how many mgs/capsule of glut/creatine
and fill the rest with a filler

why dont i just cap the creatine and glutimine stright up?
i dont understand why mix the stuff with all that bogus junk and take up more caps than you need to too!
or is that just for that other powders nolva,dnp , dbol etc.

hey Master Pain, seen as it's here i may aswell answer

if its 500mg a capo, you could do 250/250 (creatine/glutamine) but for 20grams thats a lot of caps youd be using

and filler isnt needed, its just to 'fill it' if your powder doesnt take up the whole cap
