Ive been running in the morning, Mon, Wed, Fri. How much is too much, right now im up to 4 miles each morning. Too much? Is my body going to start breaking down with that much? Thanks for any info bros.

It sounds good. I usually put in 5k every morning before my 75 minute workout. It really helps me to push harder on the weights due to a total body warm up.

I have had experieced running that type of distance but I found that as long as i hit it up hard in the weight room that I kept 95% of my muscle and started getting really lean and cut
