Ive been on test e for 4 weeks now and it goin pretty good 5 lb gain still pretty cut, no sides(5 mg nolva ed). Im going for 10 weeks but i was reading that if you switch the test e for deca for like two weeks at about 4 weeks in, (then back to test at week 7) that it isn't as suppressive as going test all the way through. I have some deca ready as well as more test im just wondering the best way to build muscle that i can keep with what i have. All suggestions welcome.
