yea top right...start at .5ml and progress to .7...go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off...during the two weeks off take ephedrine

ok i got that 2weeks on then off. how often during the day do u take it. who has experience w/ the liquid clen is that 1 bettr?

i have experience from the stuff off the top right banner...works very very well

go 6 weeks straight, and on the third week take benadryl. also on 6th week.
