1st cycle critique
Hi everyone, I know this is my first post but I've been reading this msg board for close to 3 years now and I must say it's the best ive found. Well I've done my research and I'm about to start my first cycle this week. Any feedback on what I should add, subtract whatever would be appreciated.
wk 1-10 500mgs/wk Test enanthate .
wk 1-12 20mgs/day Nolv
wk 1-12 .25mgs/day l-dex
PCT (starting after week 12)
day 1 300mg clomid, 20mgs nolv, .25mgs l-dex
day 2-10 100mg clomid, 20mgs nolv, .25mgs l-dex
day 11-21 50mg clomid, 20mgs nolv, .25mgs l-dex
I'm trying to find some vitamin b-6, but I can only find it in multi vits, and its not nearly enough. Anyone know of any good website I can get it from. Thanks for any input guys

You can find B6 at vitamin world etc. Dont go to GNC theyre gay.
Whats your training history, diet while on and off cycle, etc?
Looks like youve done your research... nice job bro. If prone to hairloss you might want to get some finasteride and take that at 1 mg/day. Its the active ingredient in hairloss prescription meds. You gotta start it a month before the cycle though.

Any idea how much the stuff costs?
I've been lifting off and on for over 4 years. Hardcore at times, and half ass at times due to school and crazy work schedule. I've been back to business the past 8 months tho.
Right now I'm eating everything and anything. A ton of protein. I dont care if I put on a little fat now, I'm hoping I can put on a good 20 lbs with this cycle. It's extremely hard for me to gain. I fluctuate between 145-155 depending on if I'm eating till I'm puking or not.
Also I dont have any signs of hairloss or any family history of it so I think i'll be alright there.

Eat as much carbs as protein when bulking, sometimes more. You need to count calories and make sure youre getting at least 4000-5000 per day. At 145-155 I dont think youre nearly ready for steroids , you have plenty of growing naturally to do.
Get your diet and training in check. At your weight you must not have a lot of muscle on you right now so my guess is youll lose most of your gains, regardless of wether you do pct correctly or not. You need more muscle maturity also.

You may want to consider splitting the eneth twice a week. Maybe mon and thurs.
Seems to help my blood stay stable.

Splitting it up might also reduce the sides you might get.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I was thinking the same thing too mass junkie, but hopefully i'll see some good gains after a month or so. Also I'm injecting 2x a week, tues and saturday. You guys dont think I need the b6?

At your weight, just do 250mg ew Test E, and extend it to 12 weeks. then pct at 14.
