For a first time clen user who is 218 lbs. fairly lean at under 10% bodyfat, how long will 1 bottle of liquid clen thats 200mcg/ml at 30 ml's last me? I hate ordering stuff every other week, will this last a sufficient amount of time or should I order up 2 or 3 bottles? Also, what would be a good dosage for somebody starting clen? Thanks for all your help
You dont sound like you know enough to start taking the stuff. Read the clen handbook in the educational forums. Start with 20mcg then work you way up to where the sides are unberable. 6000mcg should last you a few 2 week clen cycle. Dont forget your taurine and potassium. :)
man, 20mcg 's a day, and the **** is 200/ml!!!! Thats gotta look like hardly anything in the dropper if I'm not mistaken right?

once i got to 125 i stuck with it for the cycle, but I tappered down in dosages in the same manner I ramped up, once I wanted to end clen..
but i used a 2 day eca/clen mis
2 days of ECA
then
2 days of clen
repeat...
animal, 2 days eca, 2 clen?! bit of an odd choice, whyd u do that and not the 2 wks on/poff
