Hey guys, i'm not use to posting on this or any other forum so please, be patient.
I started a course on June 1 st of 1000mg of sus a week along with 35mg of d.bol plus 25mg of nonvadex a day. Come week 3 I changed to 750mg of Test X and 250mg of Test enanthate a week . I'm now on 1000mg of Test Enanthate a week for another 3 weeks. Through all this i've taken 25mg a day of novadex. I've done course's like this before and done really well but this time i just can't seem to grow, i've put on like 4 pounds and i've gotten WEAKER in the gym. The only thing i can put it down to is this course is a bit lighter than my last but not by much. My diet is like this;
Wake up; 30 minutes cardio on excersise bike
BREAKFAST
4 egg whites
5 whole egg bacon ommelet
Bowl of corn flakes
1 protein mix (45grames of protien)
2 and a half hours later
two turkey breast
3 potato waffles
2 and a half hours later
Protein mix
WORKOUT
post workout double protein mix (80 grames of protein)
2 hours after my last protein mix
2 turkey breast
4 egg whites
2 and a half hours later
protein mix
2 hours later
Meal Replacement (55 grames of protein)
I have about 3 liters of water a day, if i want a snack in between meals, i'll have a EAS protein bar
I always thought my diet was pretty good, i know there's a lot of protein mix's in there but its hard to fit meals in with work etc.
I'm 22 years old,
6'3'
205lbs
Arms; 17inchs warm, 16 and a half cold
Waist; 32-33
chest; 41-42
I just don't understand why i'm getting weaker.
Could you guys tell me what you think of my diet and my course.
