deca and joints
I have a really bad shoulder issue. I seem to dislocate it about 4 times a year. I always have pain.
since taking deca /test the pain is gone.
the question is, the pain is gone but am I going to do more damage to it that I cant feel? or am I doing it some good to work the muscle with no pain?
thanks bros.

Not an easy question to answer, deca makes my joints feel great and I have a bad shoulder also. Is there the possibility of overdoing it due to lack of pain, oh hell yes. I have a lot better workouts when on it for sure, use common sense and bulid up gradually, using a spotter and don't overdo it. Best of luck, I would consult a physcial therapist, if you have not, and see what type of excercises/range of motion movements/stretching you could do to help. There are some great guys out there that may be able to help you. I know of a board member/injury moderator elsewhere in particular that does this for a living and loves to help people.
