Losing muscle on T3 (Need answer quick, leaving tomorrow)
I want to run a t3 cycle while im on vacation using the mallet 7/5 split. I most likely won't be lifting more than a few times over these two weeks, if at all. I could run clen at a low dosage as well, as my only exercise will be cardio.
Will the catabolism be lessened since I'm not placing my muscles under stress? I'm hoping yes, since I'll basically be resting, (and trying not to eat too much so I hope that it will work out.

Increase your protien by 100 grams.
How high are you going on the t3?
