just wanted to clear something up...
when i check the "profile" page it recomends 350mg/week (50 ed)to achieve dramatic results but the average does is 150-300/week -BUT - from going through posts that's not the info i'm finding out.

p.s. - i'm takin 600 every week so it doesn't mater, just wondering
I seriously doubt the average dose of EQ around here is 150-300..... I see mostly 400mg...

the profiles here are outdated. i thought they were being worked on. just go by what you read from educated members on the board as opposed to what you read on the main page... we're more reliable.

At least some of the cycles have been updated and are fairly accurate.
