i know garlic has alot of good proerties to it like keeping vampires away and ****. Isnt colostrum that stuff they get from the cow that is real high in aminos?
In all seriouness, I am sure it wouldnt hurt but what are you trying to accomplish or get from these two supplements?

Colostrum and Garlic arent bad supps at all Garlic can help the realease of more hormones and also act as an anti oxident- Try to shoot for garlic tabs with atleast 4mg of allicin(active ingrediet in garlic) per serving

Colustrom is a milk by product made from cows that is high in nutrients, vitamins and aminos, and also can add to anerobic power. not sure of the dosage though, Good luck!
