I was told;
Calories: Maintainable intake + 20%
Fats: Low
Carbs (grams): Bodyweight (kilograms) x 3
Protien: 1.5 - 2 grams per body weight (pounds)
No one wants to get fat, and bloated on roids, but then again, everyone wants to make gains. So is this the 'happy medium' diet? :unsure:
