Diet on Roids
I was told;
Calories: Maintainable intake + 20%
Fats: Low
Carbs (grams): Bodyweight (kilograms) x 3
Protien: 1.5 - 2 grams per body weight (pounds)
No one wants to get fat, and bloated on roids, but then again, everyone wants to make gains. So is this the 'happy medium' diet?

I have never crossed over, but here is the classic rule to live by:
Eat BIG to be BIG....
Eat LEAN to be LEAN...
Check out the Diet Forum some more... they are very knowledgeable and helpful there....

it all depends on you. If you are a naturally lean guy like these guys are saying they are then yes eat whatever,but if you don't have trouble putting on a little weight i would suggest eating pretty clean.

i'm one of the lucky bastards who's been naturally lean his whole life.
i still try to eat clean though... rarely eat candy or junkfood. but i eat a lot of food and a lot of meals!
